We are calling for applications for the Diplomacy Training Program’s “19th Annual Human Rights and Peoples’ Diplomacy Training for Human Rights Defenders from the Asia-Pacific Region and Indigenous Australia.” The program will be held in partnership with Forum Tau Matan (FTM)—Eyes on Human Rights, from 23 November - 11 December 2009 in Dili, Timor-Leste.
 
We currently do not have many applications from Thailand.  Past participants from Thailand have contributed greatly to our training programs, and we would like to welcome more applications from advocates in Thailand for this program. 
 
We would like to extend the application deadline for this program to Monday 21 September 2009.

If you could pass this information onto others in your network it would be greatly appreciated.  Spaces are limited to 30 participants for this program.
